Getting Started
Click "Create Form" and follow our 5-step wizard: enter property details and listing URL, choose application questions, configure contact requirements, optionally enable visit scheduling, and customize the form appearance. Your form will be ready to share in minutes.
No! You can create your first form as a guest with just your email address. We'll send you a verification link, and your form will go live immediately. If you decide to create an account later, all your guest forms will automatically transfer to your account.
Each form gets a unique shareable link. Post it anywhere you advertise your property - Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, your website, or rental listing sites. Applicants click the link and fill out the form on any device.
Yes. You can edit property details, application questions, contact settings, and customization anytime. Changes take effect immediately for new applicants.
You'll receive an email notification and can review all applications in your dashboard. Filter and sort applicants, then invite qualified candidates or reject others. You can also export all data to CSV.
Yes - upload your logo, add custom background images, choose colors for buttons and overlays, and customize all text labels. Make the form match your brand or property listing.
Features & Usage
You can add text questions, multiple choice, yes/no questions, and file uploads. Choose from our standard question library (employment, income, pets, references, etc.) or create your own custom questions. All questions can be marked as required or optional.
Enable visit scheduling in Step 3 of the form builder. Set up available time slots, configure duration (15 minutes to 8 hours), and choose whether to allow single or multiple applicants per slot. Applicants select their preferred time when submitting the application.
Yes - filter applications by status (pending, invited, rejected), search by name, email, or phone, and filter based on any question response with advanced filtering and sorting options.
Yes - export all applicant data to CSV format including contact information, all question responses, and submission timestamps. Perfect for importing into spreadsheets or other tools.
Yes - add file upload questions to your form. Applicants can upload documents (PDFs, images, etc.) which are securely stored and accessible from your dashboard. Files are retained for 12 months.
Absolutely - both the form builder and applicant-facing forms are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Your applicants can easily apply from their phones or tablets.
You'll get email notifications for new applications, daily/weekly summaries of activity, and alerts when time slots fill up or expire. You can customize your notification preferences in settings.
Account & Support
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page and we'll send you a secure password reset link via email.
Go to Settings > Profile and click "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in compliance with data retention policies.
